Club Rules

GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS:

List of Rules
  • Membership will be provided to a family of four people – the Husband, Wife and 2 children below the age of 21 years
  • Child attaining 21 years of age, he/she would be excluded from the membership records. In order to continue he/she will be required to join in as an add-on member paying the differential fee for the remaining years of membership.
  • Add-on member: Rs. 25000 per person for 25 years
  • Child married at a later stage he/she would be required to take a separate membership for himself and the spouse.
  • Card payment made through card swipe will attract an additional charge of 2%
  • Permanent cards will be issued only on the receipt of all the documents including the postdated checks

  • Transfer/adjustment of coaching classes & fee to an alternate person is restricted
  • Damaged/Lost card replacement will take 15 working days with a replacement charge
  • ID cards are mandatory for children of 5 years & above
  • Maintenance fee of Rs. 1500 per month will be charged once the club gets ready
  • Member’s visitors need to be accompanied by the member at all times within the Club.

SWIMMING POOL RULES:

  • No one will be allowed in the swimming area unless the pool is officially open and a lifeguard is on duty.
  • Please respect the instructions of the lifeguard on duty as he is a trained professional and is responsible for safety at the poolside.
  • Due to the strenuous nature of swimming, all participants are advised to consult his/her physician concerning fitness to participate. In addition to this epileptic patients and heart patients will need a doctor’s certificate in order to use the pool.
  • People with communicable diseases including swine flu, regular flu, skin infections, jaundice, diarrhea or exposed wounds are not allowed into the pool under any circumstances.
  • All patrons within the pool area must be attired in swimming apparel. No T-shirts / jeans / gym shorts are allowed. White and transparent material must be avoided. Swimming caps is a must for ladies/girls.

  • Children under 10 entering the pool must be accompanied and cared for by a responsible adult.

  • Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted in the pool or in the surrounding areas.
  • The club is not responsible for any loss/ damage to member’s property. Please do not leave valuables at the poolside. Kindly use the lockers provided.
  • No person within the pool area shall behave in such a manner as to jeopardize the safety and health of himself / herself and others. Such behavior, including pushing / ducking of others into the pool or rough play, will result in the individual being asked to leave the poolside.
  • Any injury occurring in the pool area must be reported to the lifeguard immediately. First aid kits are available with the lifeguard

  • The use of cameras, video cameras or device containing recording equipment of any kind is prohibited in all pool areas and locker rooms.
  • The pool is open to swimmers only. Anyone who is not using the pool /directly connected with the swimming pool will not be allowed to loiter around the pool area.
  • Members GUEST fees is Rs.200/- per head for a 1 hour period. This fee includes entrance into the club area. Each member is allowed to bring a maximum of 4 guests at any given time. Note - this is maximum four guests per unit of membership, not per person.

TENNIS RULES & REGULATIONS:

List of Rules
  • The courts are numbered as court 1 (closer to the entrance) and court 2 (further from the entrance).
  • Court number 2 will be used for players below 12 and learners/coaching.
  • Advanced players and adults will use court 1.
  • Booking of courts have to be done on site. Phone calls to book or reserve courts will not be entertained. A board by the side of the court is available to make your bookings and the marker will have full control of the bookings. Please do not call and ask him to make your booking.
  • No single member can book the courts for him/herself unless he has a partner (another member). The marker will be available but will use his discretion to accommodate other members as well.
  • Each member is allowed to use the courts for a period of no more than 45 minutes at a stretch if there are others waiting to play. If there are no players waiting to use the courts the member can stretch his playing time after having spoken to the marker and entered his booking on the board.
  • Should there be a waiting list at any given point of time doubles will be given preference to singles so as to accommodate everyone.
  • The marker present will have the final say in allotting the courts.
  • Proper tennis attire is required to be worn by all players. Swimsuits, cutoffs, sports bras and jeans are not permitted. All players must wear shirts.
  • All Players are required to wear tennis shoes with non-marking soles. Bare feet, sandals and street shoes are not permitted on the courts.
  • Unfortunately, strollers are not permitted on the tennis courts.
